PUBLIC NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TERMINATE MARKETING IN FRANCE - EDR WSG DI - SCA SICAV-RAIF – ACTI-HALL & SUNSEEKER

Published by European Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.A. acting for

EDR WSG DI - SCA SICAV-RAIF, a société en commandite par actions, société d'investissement à capital variable - Fonds d'investissement alternatif réservé, registered with the Luxembourg Business Register under number B281373, hereinafter referred to as the “Fund”.

In accordance with Article 30-1 of the Luxembourg Law of 12 July 2013 on Alternative Investment Fund Managers (the “AIFM Law”), investors are hereby informed of the intention to terminate marketing arrangements in France for the following compartments of the Fund:

• Acti-Hall
• Sunseeker

This de-notification is initiated by European Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.A., acting as the alternative investment fund manager of the Fund.

The compartments listed above will be withdrawn from marketing to professional investors in the Fund in France, in accordance with the requirements of the AIFM Law.

This notice is published on the website of European Capital Partners (Luxembourg) S.A. and will remain publicly accessible for the legally required duration, pursuant to Article 30-1 of the AIFM Law.
