Yves Courtois Takes the Chair of Our Board of Directors

European Capital Partners is pleased to announce the appointment of Yves Courtois as Chairman of its Board of Directors. This appointment reinforces the firm's governance and supports its growth ambitions across its three business lines: Wealth Management, Asset Servicing, and Asset Management.

Yves Courtois is a recognized authority in financial advisory. As former Partner, Head of Advisory, and member of the Executive Committee at KPMG Luxembourg, he brings more than 26 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and valuation, covering the banking, insurance, asset management, private equity, real estate, and infrastructure sectors. He holds the CFA, CMT, and MRICS designations, served as a consultant to the CFA Institute for 15 years, lectured at University College London, and sat on the board of the Luxembourg Private Equity Association from its creation until 2020. His leadership and his in-depth understanding of the Luxembourg financial centre make him a significant asset to ECP's governance and to the execution of its growth strategy.
